At first, I thought this would be a relatively easy hike. I thought we were finished halfway up, before realising that I just couldn’t see the top of the mountain from that point as there was so much fog.
This little diving spot in the Cape Byron Marine Park was full of wonderful sea creatures. I saw schools of beautiful angelfish, a friendly puffer fish (one of my favourites), a posse of blue spotted stingrays, and of course the ethereal leopard shark.
A few years ago, I went travelling for three months with my sister. This period of time will forever live in my memory as the beginning of my love for the road, for moving, exploring and adventuring over land and sea.
